This gin honors one of the world's most vibrant gin scenes, Spain, and cross-border cooperation. Together with our good friends and gin nerds from Santamania in Madrid, we earlier this year gave ourselves a terroir challenge: To unite cool Danish and warm Spanish nature in an elegant, delicous and distinctive gin. Now, we have achieved this common goal.
The distillate is made from both grapes and grain. Beyond juniper, the flavour profile is achieved through parsnip, pumpkin seed, woodruff, rowanberry, dandelion root, angelica root/leave, yellow bedstraw, blackberry leave, rosemary, thyme, lemon peel, orange peel, orange flower and coriander.
